Obar Lobhair, or Aberlour means 'the mouth of the chattering burn' in Gaelic which speaks of the conversation you will have with this malt. Aged in Oloroso Sherry butts, some of the most precious in use, to create a medium amber dram that is fragrant with fruity notes of red apple. ANCNOC PEATY CUTTER
96 Points – Ultimate Spirits Challenge 2016. The Cutter is a hand tool used to cut peat from less wet, shallower bogs. This means the peat it reveals is drier and therefore more easily burnt producing a whisky that has a medium-heavy smokiness, in this case, with a phenol content of 20.5 ppm, the highest phenol count in the Peaty Collection so far. ARMORIK – MAÎTRE DE CHAI
Maître de Chai, French for the 'Cellar Master', is a unique 2008 release of Warenghem's Armorik Breton single malt. Aged for 6 to 7 years in Oloroso Sherry casks, it is an intense and powerful whisky, expressing notes of charred oak, ripe fruits, spices and a pleasant medicinal hint. The finish is long with notes of sherry and peat, which is more prominent here than any other single malts in the Armorik range. The Maître de Chai is un-chill filtered, bottled at 46% abv., and a rare numbered whisky with only 1,700 bottles produced. VIP Only.
ARMORIK – SHERRY FINISH
The Armorik single malt range acquires its unique and subtle taste from the combination of double distillation and carefully selected casks. This whisky is no exception, the Sherry Finish single malt ages for seven years in bourbon casks before being finished for three months in Oloroso Sherry butt. Round and warm, it is a lively whisky displaying notes of candied fruits, warm spice, and sweet oak, before a smooth finish with a touch of chocolate and sea salt. (+536458)
It has a sweet honeyed notes with fresh cut grass covered in morning dew. These flavours are developed on the palate, and are joined by floral and fruity notes that are wonderfully characteristic of Speyside malts. There is a tangy twist of lemon and oranges that combines perfectly with the freshness of the cut grass. The honey is joined by sweet vanilla that gives a little bit of depth on the palate that blooms into a quick, dry finish that brings back the delicateness of the nose.
BATTLE OF THE GLEN 15 YEAR OLD
The Scotch Whisky Association launched its lawsuit against us in 2000 or the use of the world Glen. Shortly after the release of our first bottling proudly called "Glen Breton Rare.” A media frenzy soon followed in newspapers, magazines, online newsletters, forums, and blogs. We, at the time was North America's only Single Malt Whisky distillery, were a hot topic amongst both the international and local communities. BENRIACH 10 YEAR OLD CURIOSITAS
The BenRiach Curiositas uses a heavily peated malted barley as the cereal varietal to produce a unique, fresh, peated expression. This rare peated single malt, from the Heartland of Speyside, has wonderful overtones of peat reek, combined cleverly with a background of fruity, floral, heathery notes and an appealing presence of oak wood in the finish.
BENRIACH CASK #10300 1998 TAWNY PORT FINISH
At 54.2% abv, the 1998 Tawny Port Finish has a burnished copper colour to it and aromas of mixed red fruits and hints of peach, contrasted with ground black pepper and rich oak characters. On the palate it tastes of summer fruit syrup warmed with black pepper progresses to crisp, tart cranberries, with contrasting notes of candied ginger and cinnamon sugar. VIP ONLY.
BENROMACH 10 YEAR OLD
This beautiful Speyside is full of flavour with rich sherry fruit, nut, and chocolate. It has the perfect balance between spice, dried fruit, and light peat smoke. The barrels used are 80% Bourbon, 20% Sherry Hogshead, and the final year in first fill Oloroso Casks.
Ruby red in colour imparted by oak casks that once nurtured wine from the Hermitage Appellation d’Origine Controlee, in the northern Rhone region of France which is famed for the Syrah grape. Scents of sweet summer fruits, refreshing red apples, zesty lemon and limes emerging with vanilla and a touch of peat smoke. The taste is sweet bursting with intense fruit, succulent dark cherry and orange, sharper kiwi and gooseberry combining with a creamy milk chocolate and gentle smoky edge. Certified organic single malt with a golden brown colour, imparted by our virgin oak casks. On the nose is wood, spice, and malt with caramel and resin. The palate is oaked and oily with toffee sweetness and toasty spice. The finish is fresh reminiscent of wood shavings.

This peated Benromach comes in at 67ppm, and is matured in first fill bourbon barrels. On the nose is sweet vanilla, honey, apricot and lemon with subtle tobacco notes. You will taste cracked pepper with sweet strawberry and orange flavours with a touch of aniseed combined with bonfire embers.

Classic Bruichladdich is unpeated, floral and complex. Trickle distilled from 100% Scottish Barley using much of the original Victorian machinery the methods employed by the craftsmen to coax the spirit into being, continue unchanged. Green Spot Irish Whiskey
This whiskey is bright pale gold in colour; very aromatic, with notes of ripe pear, grain, caramel and hints of citrus; on the palate, the spirit is velvety, smooth and sweet, with a round, mouth-coating texture; light to medium in body, with sweet toasty oak, caramel, vanilla and spicy notes persisting on a lengthy finish.
HAZELBURN 10 YEAR OLD
Rich in flavour, on the nose Hazelburn 10 Year gives stewed pears, baked apples, honeycomb and fudge notes. On your palate is a loverly rich whisky with vanilla and honey flavours, moving into a refreshing zestiness with a hint of liquorice. Finishing off with a refined milk chocolate cream that is oily and chewy.
The dram begins with perfume and confectionary, then the essence of sugared almonds is revealed, complimented by the sweetness of sherbet. On the palate, it is peppery with light tannins and the sweetness is continued with dry fruits and the subtle hint of coconut shavings. THE BALVENIE 14 YEAR OLD CARIBBEAN CASK
Caribbean Cask has been matured in traditional oak whisky casks for 14 years, and then ‘finished’ in casks that previously held Caribbean rum. To create the ideal finish Malt Master David Stewart, filled American oak casks with his own blend of select West Indian rums. When he judged the casks to be ready, the rum was replaced with the 14 year old spirit and the wood was put to work adding the final touches. The result is an exceptional single malt whisky with the traditional smooth, honeyed character of The Balvenie, married with notes of toffee and a hint of fruit, with a warm, lingering finish.

Our latest expression in the Nàdurra family boldly draws its inspiration from The Glenlivet’s historic whisky-making traditions in which peat smoke was used to dry the malted barley, lending a smoky flavour to the whisky. Unlike its two siblings, the Nàdurra Peated Whisky is finished in casks that previously held heavily peated Scotch whisky, giving a gently smoky twist to the classic, smooth and fruity house style that The Glenlivet is known for. THE ROBERT BURNS SINGLE MALT
This light aromatic Single Malt is ideal for drinking prior to or during a meal. Very fresh with no artificial colouring, this beautifully packaged malt is made for easy drinking. A very versatile dram, this whisky can be enjoyed alone, with water or ice, or even in a long drink.
TOMATIN 12 YEAR OLD
Matured in 1st fill bourbon barrels, refill American oak casks and Spanish sherry butts. The palate is rewarded with a unique combination of attractive flavours - a balance of apples, pears and malt with a gentle hint of nuttiness introduced by the subtle use of sherry wood. Very smooth and silky. A wonderfully rich and elegant taste produces a long a satisfying finish.
TOMATIN 14 YEAR OLD
The Tomatin 14 Year Old was introduced to the core range in 2014. It features Highland single malt matured in bourbon barrels before being finished for a year in specially selected tawny Port pipes. The palate: Dark chocolate dipped in strawberries. Crushed almonds, walnuts, Victoria sponge (with jam and cream in the middle) and a centre of oak.
TOMATIN 18 YEAR OLD
This world class malt has been aged for a minimum of 18 years and married for a period in distinctive Spanish Oloroso sherry casks to produce an exquisite whisky. This non chill filtered whisky is packed full of flavour and has a velvety smooth mouth feel.
A well-aged expansion to Tomatin's core range, the 1988 vintage single malt Scotch whisky is created from a mixture of bourbon barrel and Port pipe-matured whiskies, which slumbered in their casks for over 25 years. Top work from the Tomatin distillery in the Highlands. The palate: Mouth-coating and rich, plenty of cake-y vanilla and honey. Stone fruit, white pepper and once again the smoke wafts in. VIP Only.
TOMATIN CU BOCAN
You are initially hit with coconuts and cream with some botanic notes, parsley and coriander. The smoke emerges after a minute, but only drifting past the nose. A mesmeric mix of lime, grapefruit and tangerines with rich almond and aniseed.
TOMINTOUL 10 YEAR OLD
Nose: Medium-body and well-balanced. There are notes of vanilla fudge and barley. Tones of malt extract and espresso, hints of mochaccino and oak. Palate: Pleasingly viscous, with notes of barley sugar, toasty cereals, acacia honey and malt extract. Honeycomb, toffee and a touch of vanilla fudge. Finish: Quite short, yet charming.

TOMINTOUL BALLANTRUAN 10 YEAR OLD
Nose: Soft spices and rich peat note. Very punchy and intense, with some inviting vanilla notes. Palate: Simple and balanced with a solid delivery of rich peat smoke and hints of black pepper. Finish: Intense and spicy with a crescendo of wood smoke and tar. Overall: Not overly complex, this is a simple though very enjoyable peated Speyside malt...

This 83.4 proof (41.7% abv) American Whiskey is produced in small batches and limited quantities. It has notes of deep butterscotch and vanilla, with hints of caramel and dried fruit that lead to a ripened finish.
This 91.4 proof *45.7% abv) Bourbon is produced in small batches and limited quantities. It has notes of rich caramel with balanced vanilla, stone fruit notes, and a smoky depth that leads to an oak finish.
US*1 SINGLE BARREL STRAIGHT RYE
This 84.8 proof (42.4% abv) Straight Rye is produced in a single barrel in limited quantities. Quite complex, it has notes of spice and pepper, citrus, and butterscotch, leading to an oak finish.
US*1 SOUR MASH
This 86 proof (43% abv) Sour Mash is produced in small batches and limited quantities. On the palate, it begins expressing itself with notes of rich cinnamon, followed by notes of butter and almond, leading to a peppery finish.

The ancient name of whisky given by the Scots to this fiery spirit. Usquaebach is Scotch whisky. The people of Scotland have been making ‘Uisge Beatha’ or ‘Usquaebach’ since the early 1500’s. Usquaebach Old-Rare Superior Blend is comprised of 41 exceptional Single Malt Scotch whiskies and 2 of the Highland’s finest Grain whiskies.
